For me, it's all about putting people first. I believe in celebrating what makes each person unique, the boldness in growth, and building strong, dependable relationships. These same values have led me to recognize the transformative impact of coaching, so I transitioned to focus entirely on coaching—merging my expertise in operations and leadership with my passion for health and wellness. 

Before becoming a coach, I spent over 20 years in executive leadership positions, partnering with global corporate companies, health plans, and state government. Focusing on operational optimization, regulatory compliance, and strengthening teams to achieve exceptional results. I've worked all over the world, from the US to India and the Philippines, solving tough problems like attrition and workforce turnover while driving innovation, cost savings, and performance improvements.

Today, as the President and Chief Empowerment Coach of Reach Wellness Collective Reach Wellness Collective, a platform dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their fullest potential; offering everything from one-on-one coaching to online courses and group workshops, so individuals and organizations can craft strategies that lead to lasting change.

My background as a nurse and a certified wellness coach puts me in a unique position when it comes to guiding leaders to be their best, and helping everyone make health and happiness a top priority.
